Keep Learning Forward
“…We don’t look backward for very long. We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we’re curious… And curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.” – Walt Disney, aka my all-time favorite quote.
Walt clearly expresses how critical it is to keep moving forward and learn about different subjects by way of curiosity. In my experience, the best way to know you are moving forward is if you are learning from what you are doing, and tracking what you’ve learned along the way.
That got me thinking about the phrase “keep moving forward” again, and I realized that I want to emphasize the learning part and thought of an alternative phrasing: Keep Learning Forward!
I now consider this a reminder to, yes, keep moving forward but more specifically, to focus more energy on building my knowledge about new things. In my blog, I’ll cover a wide variety of topics but will spend a slice of time writing about what I am learning and projects I am working on. All so that I can keep learning forward.
